Rick serves as President of Bay Harbour Insurance Agency Inc., bringing more than 35 years of experience to the agency’s leadership. Since beginning his insurance career in 1988, Rick has built a reputation as a dedicated producer specializing in personal and small commercial lines. His long-standing expertise allows him to guide clients through coverage decisions with clarity, care, and a commitment to protecting what matters most.

Rick holds a Master’s degree from Stony Brook University and has earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation, reflecting his dedication to advanced professional education and industry excellence. He is a NYS licensed Property & Casualty Agent and Broker, combining technical proficiency with decades of hands-on client service.

Deeply rooted in the Patchogue–Medford community, Rick serves as President of Patchogue Medford Youth and Community Services and is an active member of the Patchogue Rotary Club, where he is recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow. He also serves on the Board of the Village of Patchogue Business Improvement District and participates in the Suffolk County Adopt‑a‑Highway program, demonstrating his commitment to civic engagement and local stewardship.

Outside the office, Rick enjoys playing golf, skiing, sailing, and spending time with his family — passions that reflect his love of the outdoors and the community he calls home.

Part of the Bay Harbour Insurance leadership team, Kathy has been in the insurance industry for over 40 years with an ongoing passion for it. She prides herself on working with clients closely to ensure their insurance needs are being met, and loves working in a team environment with daily collaboration. In her free time, Kathy loves travel domestically and abroad, audiobooks, bird watching, walking with her dachshund Frankie, and good movies.

Michele is originally from Brooklyn/Queens; she relocated to Patchogue in 2007. She has been in the insurance industry for 17+ years. Michele enjoys being outdoors and anything involving nature.

Janine is an experienced business professional with a proven track record of entrepreneurship and client service. She currently works at Bay Harbour Insurance Agency, where she is dedicated to helping individuals and businesses find insurance solutions that provide protection and peace of mind.

Before transitioning into the insurance industry, Janine was the owner and franchisee of multiple Edible Arrangements locations for 20 years, where she built a reputation for exceptional customer service, leadership, and community involvement.

Today, Janine brings the same commitment, integrity, and personalized approach to her work in insurance and is passionate about helping clients navigate their coverage options with confidence.

Sue has over 18 years of experience in the insurance industry, having started her career with State Farm Insurance before joining Bay Harbour Insurance. She is passionate about helping clients protect what matters most and takes pride in providing knowledgeable, personalized service.

Outside of work, she is a proud mother of three and a passionate animal lover who adores both cats and dogs. She also has a strong interest in real estate and enjoys following market trends, and in her free time loves home improvement projects, especially decorating and interior design. As a Latina, she values helping others and building meaningful connections within her community.
